James Sprague Rookie Card

Sprague is such a vibrant figure and has been in the fight for a while it may surprise some to realize 2023 will be his Rookie appearance as an individual at the CrossFit Games. He has teenage Games finishes of 4th (2017) and 5th (2019) to his name, and came as close as one can come to qualifying in 2022 before ultimately missing out by one point. The warrior spirit of this young man is undeniable. He did not let that defeat get him down. He went back to the lab, surrounded himself with like minded athletes and coaches and came back with a vengeance at the North America East Semifinal in 2023; claiming what was snatched from his hands just one year prior.
